Do stewards need to download an app or create an account?

No. Stewards open your church's check-in page in any phone browser, enter their steward ID, and type the 6-digit service code.

What if a steward forgets their ID?

They can scan the QR on their steward ID card instead of typing it. Admins can look up and reprint IDs at any time.

Can someone check in from home?

Not if you turn on location checks for a service. Stewards then have to be at the church's location for the check-in to count.

Is it really free?

Yes. Starter is free forever for up to 30 stewards and 2 departments. Growth and Pro come with a 14-day free trial, and you only pay if you keep them.

We have more than one branch. Does that work?

Yes. Departments, services and first-timer links can be set up per branch. Multi-branch support is part of the Pro plan.

Who can see our church's data?

Only the people you invite, with the roles you give them. Department heads see their own teams; admins see everything.
